Upon enrollment, you will be matched with one of our very own therapists, who will be available to you as you continue on your own wellness journey.
Your therapist will have access to your journal entries to assist in analyzing common themes of behavior and staying connected to your daily happenings.Subscribers have the ability to send unlimited texts to their therapist through our confidential and HIPAA compliant platform.
You will hear back from your therapist at least once a day, five days a week.
